Mike Ostendorf

As VP of Services for Archer, Mike is responsible for the Archer Global Services Organization which has a collective objective of creating and enabling sustainable customer success for every Archer customer.
His organization includes Professional Services/Consulting, Technical Support, Education Services, and Customer Success functions. Each function of Archer services is focused on providing trusted guidance and best in class services to ensure customers realize business value and accelerate adoption of Archer.
​Mike has been with Archer since 2009, serving in various positions within the Services function. Prior to joining Archer Mike served in various leadership roles within Deloitte's Enterprise Risk Services Practice and Deloitte Consulting organizations with a significant focus on the IRM domain and implementation of enterprise software.
Mike holds a BSBA and MBA from the University of Missouri - Columbia.
