Statement on Suspension of Sales in Russia

Over the past two decades, risk management has evolved from a focus on compliance and assurance towards a more strategic emphasis around performance and sustainability. And what is clearer than ever before is the importance of corporate social responsibility as a tenant of sustainability.

It is with this in mind that we’ve decided to suspend all sales of Archer products and services in Russia.

Along with the rest of the world, we share in the concern and deep despair over the events in the Ukraine. And while we have no employees or active business operations in Russia, we feel the step of suspending sales in the region is in keeping with the spirit of supporting the Ukrainian people and nation.

In addition to suspending all sales, we are working actively with Archer customers to help them assess the potential impacts of the Russia/Ukraine conflict. We’re supporting customers in assessing the cybersecurity implications within and beyond their own network boundaries. We are also providing a free assessment for customers with Third Party Catalog to help organizations determine potential impacts to their supply chain due to this crisis.

These are admittedly small steps amidst a broad and escalating challenge, but represent Archer’s commitment to support the democratic rights of the Ukrainian people.
