Matt Derdeyn

Matt joined RSA Archer in June 2021. Most recently, Matt was the Chief Financial Officer at LionTree LLC, a leading global technology, media and telecom focused merchant bank, where he focused on building out the accounting, finance and tax functions while leading expansion both internationally and deeper into asset management efforts. Before joining LionTree in May 2016, Matt was Executive Vice President and CFO at Answers Corporation, where he led a marketing SaaS rollup, an IPO registration process and eventual sale to APAX Partners. Before joining Answers in January 2013, Matt spent 5 years at Charter Communications as Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance where he was responsible for all mergers and acquisitions and capital markets activities. Prior to Charter, Matt was Group Vice President, Corporate Finance and Treasurer at Mediacom Communications. Matt also spent 7 years in media and telecom investment banking at Credit Suisse and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

Matt has a B.A. in History and French and a J.D./M.BA. from the University of Virginia.
